Refund policy
We gladly accept cancellations
Cancellations must be requested within 3 days of purchase.
We gladly accept exchanges
Exchanges must be requested no more than 7 days after the date of delivery. Exchange items must be shipped back to us within 14 days after the date of delivery.
Buyers requesting exchanges are responsible to pay the shipping on both the exchanged item and replacement item. If the exchanged item is not in it original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
The following items cannot be exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Custom or personalized items
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Personal care items (like beauty products)
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
- Gift cards

Damaged shipments and other issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
